Fonseca's tactics are not efficent. His tactics are based upon destroying other team's plan(like mourinho, simeone,valverde). He hasn't got own attacking variations. Like I said he is trying to break other team all the time. If his team scores first team probably team will win or at least draw. But if the other team scores first... I don't remember a single match that -since fonseca came to roma- that fonseca could come back from 1-0 or 2-0 to WIN. If he's not going to change himself I am sorry but roma won't be in 5th place anymore. But in two legs competitions like europa league (depends on opponents) this tactic can lead him to the final maybe

Besides Napoli having an unfortunate start to their season, they've been unlucky with their shots on goal throughout the campaign. When they play at their best their unstoppable! Credit to Gattuso being the coach Napoli needed! (He also deserves credit for shaping Milan last season, underrated tactician and leader!)

About C. Under He is often injured and his playing style is not for As Roma. He wants to be a legend, hero or a player of the match. He can't play simple and always makes some strange decisions. Look at KDB, he just doing everything so that his team wins a game.

I'm not sure. He has stabilized and brought character and unity back - which is massive - but he is still green as a coach tactically, I feel. I think by this stage next season we should know if Napoli and Gattuso have a long future together.
